These terms govern your use of Carling Parking, operated by Barker HRS, a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada. By using the service you agree to them.
What the service is — and isn’t
Carling Parking gives a best-effort estimate of parking stress at NDHQ Carling Campus from public data and crowd reports. It is a decision aid, not a guarantee, and comes with no warranty of accuracy or availability. It is not affiliated with DND or the Government of Canada. Never rely on it as your sole basis for a decision, and never interact with it while driving — drive safely and obey all signage and enforcement.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time email link. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the reporting system (spamming or falsifying reports), attempt to break the privacy wall, scrape, or interfere with the service. We rate-limit reports and may suspend abusive use.
Premium subscription
- Price: $4.99 CAD per month, billed through Stripe, auto-renewing each month until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: monthly charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us within 7 days of a charge and we’ll consider it in good faith.
- Price changes: we’ll give notice before any change and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any parking outcome, tow, fine, or lost time. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
